MOSCOW Feb 13. /PRIME-TASS/ - The meeting of G8 Finance Ministers will be held in St. Petersburg in early June, said Alexei Kudrin, the Finance Minister of Russia, at the press-conference in Moscow on Saturday.

“The results of this meeting will be a basis of the summit, which takes place this summer”, the Minister said.

According to Mr. Kudrin, the energy security will be discussed at the meeting. The Finance Ministers acknowledge the priority of market mechanisms in these questions.
